Are Crezic projects approved by the relevant authorities?

Every project launches only after its building plans and approvals are in place. Ask your sales advisor for copies before you book.

How much do I pay at booking?

Usually 10% to 25% of the price, depending on the project and plan. The rest is paid in monthly or quarterly instalments.

Do instalments include interest?

No. Crezic instalment plans are interest-free and paid directly to Crezic, with no bank involved.

When do I get possession?

Possession is given once 80% of the price is paid and the project is complete. Ready-to-move homes can be handed over within a week of payment.

Can overseas Pakistanis buy?

Yes. You can book online, pay from abroad and appoint a family member to handle documents and handover.

Is there a warranty?

Every Crezic home comes with a 10-year structural warranty and a 1-year warranty on fittings and finishes.

Can I visit the site before booking?

Yes. Book a site visit and we will arrange free pick-up and drop-off within the city.
